WHAT IS THE FUEL POLICY?

You should return the vehicle filled up to the same level of fuel as that of the time of pick up.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay by cash or credit – debit card (Visa-Mastercard), when you pick-up the vehicle.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Our prices are final and include VAT.

WHAT INSURANCE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Third party insurance
All vehicles include free third party insurance. This pays out on your behalf, if you hurt someone or damage occurs, while you are driving the hired vehicle. However, it doesn’t cover yourself or the hired.

CDW- Collision Damage Waiver
This insurance is provided with extra charge and protects you from paying for damage that happens to the hired vehicle. when you have Collision Damage Waiver and the rental car bodywork is damaged, you will only have to pay an excess or deductible, rather than the full cost.

IS THERE ANY SURPLUS CHARGE FOR EXTRA DRIVERS?

No, there is not.

WHERE CAN WE PICK THE VEHICLE?

Vehicle pick-up can be arranged either from our office or from the hotel of your choice.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO RENT A CAR?

The driver should be over 21 years old and have a valid driving license.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

There are no cancellation fees, if you inform us at least 7 days before the pick-up date.
